Sam Sligar, Th.M.
Sam
Sligar is a certified pastoral counselor, a Licensed Marriage and
Family Therapist (member of
AAMFT),
and organizational consultant for human relations. He has been in
practice since 1979 and is the founder and Executive Director of
Crossings Counseling Center, Inc. Sam offers individual, couple,
family and group therapy.
Deborah L. Silver, D.Min.
Deborah
Silver is a certified pastoral counselor, and the Director of
the Crossings Alpharetta Center. Deborah, an Episcopal priest, has a
Doctor of Ministry degree in pastoral counseling and has been in
practice since 1984. She has a particular interest in women's issues
and leads woman's therapy groups, as well as church based women's
support groups. Deborah also has specialized training in the
treatment of survivors of sexual abuse.
James
Bernard Kynes Sr., an African American ordained Methodist minister (M.Div),
is a certified Pastoral Counselor and a state licensed Marriage and
Family Therapist (LMFT). Bernard is also a Clinical Member and
an Approved Supervisor with the American Association for Marriage
and Family Therapy and a Fellow with the American Association of
Pastoral Counselors. He has been in practice since 1992. He is
also a husband, father of four and grandfather of two.
